you can always follow the signs for the different kinds of transportation, to find where the buses are, you follow the arrows letter B in a blue circle (I didn't find a good picture of it yet, but I'll take one).

there are different kinds of transportations that are not so obvius to some of us:

TRAIN - normally with a sign of DB (Deutsch Bahn the main company for trains between cities)
BUS - B in a blue (or violet?) circle and can lead you to bus inside the same city or from one city to another
S-BAHN - it is the subway, normally underneath and is an S in a green circle.
U-BAHN - it's kind of a local train, kind of like a subway but somehow different, and its a U in a blue square

TRAM - remember older days? this thing in between bus and train on the streets? Germany has them and works nice, and there it is. It's a T in a red square.

you can trust the signs to look for stops and to find you way and they are kind of the same in different cities, it's nice and can be easy to move around, so access is really possible

to hop off Bremen Hbf and follow the bus sign, it leads you to the main entrance of this station, in its exit, you turn left and see the lanes for different bus stops

in the first lane you walk and walk until you reach the last stop for buses, the signs for which bus they are are on top, close to the ceiling, so attention:
the first lane, closer to the station, in the very last bus stop, on the side of the lane opposite to the station, that is where you will find bus 670

this is the bus that takes you to Worpswede and you pay 5 euros (4,85, to be more specific) for it.

Hbf is the abreviation to Hauptbahnhof which means Main Station

Germans cities that have more than one train station, will always have a Main Station.

you take the bus and it takes around 50 minutes, you go until one of the last stops... the bus will pass by Bremen, Lilienthal and then get to Worpswede which has a couple of stop but the one you want to pay attentio to is Worpswede Jungendherberge.

at some point you might experiente the mobile internet is not working so properly, it's because Worpswede doesn't have such a nice signal for this, but it's ok, and if you have a map loaded in you cell, it will work

don't follow the stops through the app though, it's common that it is not super on time with it

you can press STOP in the bus before it
after hopping off on this street with the sign of a bus stop you go straught to the closer corner of the street which lead to another one that looks like a road.
in this road you turn right and go straight, you cross some beginnings of streets and follow and follow (around 7 minutes in a nice pace, not that long), there will be houses by both sides, but when you see a wind mill on the left and a street on raw earth by the right named Von der Pferdeweiden, that's when you turn right.
if it's rainy it can be muddy, you wouldn't wear shoes that cannot get a little bit dirty for your arrival
you follow straight ahead and by the left from far away you can already see this green area, it's the back side/"yard" of the studios/artist's houses
when you get to number 18, you have arrived :)

a nice app to have to check the way, times of the bus and even buy the ticket online is FahrPlanner, each district/city has it's specific app for this, on this one you can trace the trajectory to Worpswede
